Dui Bu Qi (对不起)” it means “sorry”. If someone said “sorry” to you, you will say “It doesn’t matter.” Then some one say “Dui Bu Qi (对不起)” to you, what can we say in Chinese? You can say “Mei Guanxi (没关系)”.

Also, if you touch someone, besides “Dui Bu Qi (对不起)”, you can say “Bu Hao Yisi (不好意思)”, too. Then most of the people will also say “Mei Guanxi (没关系)”
